Program Details

Winter 2025 programs run for up to 8 weeks and can meet 1-4 days per week. Sessions are available for before school and after school. The age of athletes for SOAR programs ranges from 6th-12th grade as well as college athletes. We have also added a 4th and 5th grade option!

Athletes are placed into age specific groups where they can be motivated by peers with similar athleticism. SOAR+ programs are available for more sport-specific and advanced training. Personal training and team training sessions available upon request.

What do our programs include?

Expert-level Coaching

Athletes will be pushed through proper training techniques to achieve athletic and fitness goals by our college-educated and nationally certified trainers with over 10 years of training experience. Athlete's will not only come away with athletic gains but a renewed sense of self-confidence, hard-working abilities, and perseverance.

Exercise Regimen

Sessions include up to 8-10 weeks of a progressive exercise regimen that pushes athletes to improve in speed, agility, power, and strength. Program is available for beginner to advanced athletes.

Each SOAR session includes sport specific testing to assess athletic ability through muscular strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and flexibility.

🚀 Seasonal Speed Training:
Take your speed to the next level with expert coaching and cutting-edge drills. Build explosive power, improve sprint mechanics, and develop precision footwork to dominate the competition.
‍Who: Middle school, high school, and college athletes

Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday 5:30–6:45 pm
Tuesday and/or Thursday 4-5:15 pm
⛳ Golf Performance Training: Elevate your swing and unlock your true golfing potential! This program focuses on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention to help you add 2–5 MPH to your club speed in just 8 weeks.
Who: Amateur and experienced golfers (adults or teens welcome!)

Early Prep SOAR: Designed for 4th and 5th graders, this fun, foundational program introduces young athletes to strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance training.

🏆 SOAR Foundations:
Build a strong base in strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Perfect for middle and high school athletes looking to level up their game.
